Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our staff and clients, if you must cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.


Check-In

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may relax and prepare for your treatment. Robes, slippers, towels and bath items are available for the convenience of our spa guests. In consideration of all Spa guests, late arrivals may receive an abbreviated service and still be charged the scheduled service price.


Don't Worry, Be Happy

Anytime you need a fresh point of view, try a new member of our staff. We are a team and we are happy when you are happy.


Product Returns

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Therefore, you may exchange or receive a store credit for products only, within 7 days of the original purchase. Make up is final sale, by Aveda.


Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity. If you feel it is appropriate, gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gift certificate cannot be used for gratuity. Gratuity may only be added to a credit card, when combined with a purchase.


Gift Certificates

Gift certificate purchases are non refundable. However we are happy to transfer them.
